Nor do they have the right to ask. So many on this board **assume** they know all the reasons, and they alone have all the answers. People only tell you what they want to -- and even then, you have no idea of the full scope, only what they choose to tell you.
People work things out to their personal benefit. If I can help them, I will. I see no reason to ask questions that are none of my business.
