This is standard practice for anything in the English language, I.e., 1st Street, 2nd Street, 1st place, 2nd place, etc. It wouldn’t matter if it was a finger, a rib or a heart sound, that is how most people do it. It sounds as if the BOS is pretty clear on this and I don’t see any need to compile a list. It would default to facility/client preference regardless.
