Emails - I lose them when typing Posted: Nov 13th, 2022 - 2:11 pm
I have an HP laptop and when I type my emails and/or Word, the text disappears when I hit certain keys. I don't know what keys I am hitting though and I have researched this and had an IT guy get into my computer and it still occurs. Also the cursor can jump up to the paragraph above me and I have to watch that I don't keep typing.
I hit the insert key and have had some success, but then it comes back. I have looked up overtype and that didn't work either. I did go to settings and hit redo and part of the text came back, but again it is unpredictable with this can happen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
