Another guess - I do not think

I am doing that. I am very aware of where my hands are when I type and I am pretty sure I don't rest them, but I will take that into consideration when I am typing. It seems to happen when I go to a new line or paragraph. As I said, it is random, and I can't pinpoint it.

It has been okay the last few days, but I am watching it carefully. If I were still doing transcription this would be a major concern, but I'm not, so even though it is a royal pain, I can deal with it. I don't find HP customer service to be all that great, but I guess if I pushed it more, I could get some answers. My daughter has an HP and loves it and never has this problem.
