Advice for newbie - Melissa

Hi! I have posted here before asking for word advice. I am beginning to work from home in med transcriptioning and am just wondering if anybody who has been in the business has any advice as far as transcribing quickly and efficiently, tips of the trade, looking for work, favorite programs, how best to incorporate the job into your daily routine, etc.

Any and all advice welcome and appreciated.
