I dont know if the PF survey is anon or if you people were told it is, but a small FYI that nothing is ever anonymous. Especially not these days.

I got busted years ago for a private hospital system as an employee - we were told a specific survey was anonymous, then I got things thrown in my face and used against me in my yearly review.
