being an IC versus an employee than just the schedules. Being an IC means that YOU should be providing the MTSO with a contract, not the other way around. YOU should also be telling the MTSO how much YOU are charging per line, rather than them telling YOU what they pay. Everyone seems to have forgotten that part of being an IC. Just throwing it out there.
