the time factor involved in earning it, blows my mind! When I left MT 3 years ago, my earnings were already low for employee status working 8 hrs a day.
Now, as an IC, to sit at the computer for the same 8 hrs a day without benefits, still applying all my skills and experience to the work only to earn maybe half of what I used to as an employee...NO, NO, NO. My time is worth more than that.
