Since there's no OVD, there is no one to choose the arbitrators. The owner already broke the contract by ending company and not telling the employees/ICs.

I've tried to get a response or paycheck from the owner but he's not responding. Was refused help by Labor and Industries and the AG in my state. I talked to the guy who does my taxes. I'm not going to worry about it anymore. The money is gone. I'm just moving forward.
