I contacted my state's attorney general when a small MTSO - sm - MT59

refused to pay me the $500 and change that they owed me. They were one of those companies that were advertising for MTs constantly. They took my information, had me send them a copy of my invoice, took the company's address, etc., and sent them a letter and copied me the letter. They stated in their letter that the company could face criminal charges if they refused to pay. Almost immediately after receipt of the letter, they paid me. I hope this helps.
