interesting answer regarding vendors. Currently, they use WWD and VIQ Solutions. That information is up to date. At some point, they dropped the third vendor.

Two years ago I heard the same thing that they have "a contract with them". Yes, well, contracts can expire when you're not paying attention to dates and then you have to renegotiate if you let it lapse.

Do what you will with this information.
