On top of the horrible VR we have to deal with, the never ending mistakes it makes and never corrects despite what they say, we have to look up cc's, physician's names, locations, hospital names, make sure the demographics are right or off with our heads, ALL FOR NO PAY!!!! By the time I finally get into a report after all the research I have to do and double checking everything, I figure I am making 2 cpl instead of 4, which is an insult in and of itself.
I also find the system screws up and you have to wait. They get your report, but it takes you twice the time sometimes to do it.
I don't believe a word about what they say about TAT and all the rules and regulations that are supposedly wanted by the client. They do it to make us not as productive as we could be and yet they expect perfection in our work.
I am on my last job with MT work and I am about to jump ship. Just cannot take it any longer.
