Why does Precision hire people and there is hardly any work? - sm

It isn't my primary job, but I just wanted to earn a little extra for spending money. I have several accounts on their Emdat program and there is hardly any work every time I log in, and when there are a few jobs they are gone fast. Is it possible I'm checking work at the wrong times of the day? I decided to check throughout the day during the week and there was not much there. What gives? Are they over hiring?
