about insurance work. Thanks for taking the time to give such a detailed picture of what your job entails as far as the possible examples of what some voice files might contain and how to handle those.

I agree that shortcuts are the key to moving you through a job more quickly and very satisfying to have a strong system you've built in place to help make your job easier. Who said we can't be creative in our line of work?? :)
