I also work for World Wide Dictation on the USAA account. There really isn't a place for expanders or macros in this type of transcription. It's not like having doctors who say the same thing in every single physical exam. These are verbatim phone interviews and you are never going to have the same thing twice, so you'll never be able to have macros/normals. I just built up speed gradually. That's really all you can do here. I usually can get at least 90 minutes within 4-5 hours.
