I was curious, so I searched here - for topics related to 1099/W2,

DOL, IRS, etc. Wow. I saw posts dating back to 2005!

And yes--about 18 months ago it was this sort of thing (how to work, programs, etc.) that led me to the conclusion that I am NOT an IC.

Wish me luck. Ready to fire off an SS-8 with a suggestion to the DOL and the IRS that they have a look at this industry.
