I was laid off last month. However, my boss did NOT allow us to use the EANW. She made us make up the time or use PTO time. I contacted her boss, and also the Personnel Department who believe it or not SENT HER a copy of my COMPLAINT. Basically came down to it was HER CHOICE how she ran her department. Even though I pointed out the policy. Each supervisor seems to live by their OWN RULES. You can ENTER IT, but the boss can always DENY IT. Glad I'm gone from the company. Worked there 13+ years... Told it was a business decision. LIke others who were laid off, I am 62 years old..
