PRECISION TRANSCRIPTION - LAURA

Precision transcription is a very disorganized company with poor leadership and an owner who does not understand the business.  The company has become over run with any "body" that will fill a spot, very many incompetent.  The owner allows herself to be manipulated by people who have no idea how to run a transcription company, and she, herself, cannot transcribe a report and has no experience in any field related to the business.  She does not value her workers, she is dismissive and rude to staff and supervisors alike.  I have had a little over 2 years with the company, and I highly recommend NOT applying for a job here.
