I worked for this company about 4 years ago, when I was looking for work. At that time, worked was pooled in such a way that you might get a ST job and the next job would be VR. ALL MTs were expected to do VR work. However, the owner had her "favorites" that were allowed to skip over the VR work and just do straight typing. When I called her out on it, instead of sending out an email to the ICs about it, I was terminated. For her and this company, this has been going on since day one.
