If someone has OM after their name on Slack, they are managers. If someone just has QA after their name, they are MTs who also do QA. I would assume there may be some MTs who just QA, but most QA people are also MTs who will pick up reports if need be.

Barry is the IT guy. Alisha is the owner. Everyone else are just MTs or QA.

Some list which accounts they are on, but I have so many, there's just too many to count.

I do not believe Alisha is rude at all. I think she's blunt sometimes, but she has to be. I like not having a schedule. I like having helpful coworkers. I like being able to ask questions. I have never run out of work. There is always something to do even if that means in and out of several accounts or just waiting a few minutes. Evenings are usually very busy; it seems quite a few MTs just work day hours, but then others come on in the evenings. Overnight is a toughy I think.
