I have multiple accounts and the specs are fairly easy. QA can be inconsistent but I wasn't on QA long at all. I think most companies are well aware of the inconsistencies in QA.
I find it's easy to communicate with managers on Slack and never had issues with getting response on email either.
The only thing that still confuses me is everyone's titles. I know Alisha is the owner, but I have no idea who anyone else is that I talk to other than one QA person lol.
