haha, yes, she told me all about the whole "Oh, you need to go and fix the templates and do this and that and then send it to all of us..." and I'm like, "say WHAT?" and fortunately I told her I didn't have Skype (haha) but she instead blew up my phone all the time and texted/called..oh Lord have mercy...but yes, that lady on the MTU..girl...she is something ELSE (bad cop extraordinaire!)
