Addition to nonpayment list - aztyper

I would like to add Patrick Maher, owner of Eight Crossings/Windward Health to the nonpayment list. I worked for him for 12 years under employee status. In April 2019, Mr. Maher informed me he would not be paying my taxes for the 2018 tax year and informed me I was an independent contractor. He did this without my knowledge and without any sort of contract. He also owes me several thousand dollars in back pay. If anyone has been through this type of issue and has successfully collected what was owed, please let me know how you collected. I am absolutely disgusted that I have to go through this with him. He used the excuse that the doctors were not paying, but I believe that he actually stole my money and now does not have the funds to pay me back. Please stay away from him if you see any ads seeking an MT from him!
