aztyper: As an employee, did you get paystubs every pay period in 2018? Usually paystubs show the deductions to gross pay. If you did get pay stubs that showed taxes were taken out then hang on to those because you will need those when the IRS starts investigating this.

Did you get these paystubs as an employee?

As far as the nonpayment of wages, I believe that is handled by the particular state that you live in or that the company is based out of.

These two issues are serious (especially the IRS one), and I would think you would be better served with a lawyer at your side.
