Is that a lot of the “dictators” expect you to anticipate/assume ROS, etc. And fill in the blanks yourself. Someone I know took a scribe job and was let go because she didn’t know she was supposed to assume the ROS was normal, and was supposed to research PMH for allergies, meds, family and past history, etc. All for the great deal of $13/hour. Assume much??
Not to mention having to follow the MD around, dragging a work station/laptop, and being on your feet all day. No thanks.
