and all the extra unpaid work is just not worth the effort anymore.
The fact most accounts are completely overstaffed shows how unappreciated each of us is. It matters not if we have enough work, and if the account goes elsewhere we're left with nothing most of the time - no notice, no security, no UE.
Just not worth it for those of us who need this job to survive.
This has become a job for those wanting extra money to for their kids' clothes and McDonald's. It's not a career anymore.
