Felt like I started over with the oncology account I got assigned to. The drugs, staging, genetics, the trial names, etc. Now I'm 2 years in and it's easier, but still a challenge at times. Like you, I still enjoy my work. I'm 6 years from retirement, sometimes it feels like 60 and I'll never get there. Hang in there.
