to do their sneaky recruiting for them so they don't have to post on here with below acceptable pay rates. They dont have the guts to post their name, pay rate, Nuance or VDI, or anything else. Only the little game of "my company is hiring"
People, please. Do you think most of us haven't caught on to that? Do you realize you're WASTING SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME with these sneaky little PMs to everyone who inquires? "so and so, PM me" "okay PM sent" "it didnt go through" "thank you" "see PM sent" "got it" and it repeats over and over again with every person who wants to know what company has so much work. All that does is tie up the board space.
MTU FB page states rule #4 is: Job Posting Transparency
If you wish to recruit MTs through this group, you MUST disclose pay range, starting pay, or line rate in your post. This saves everyone's time. You may turn off commenting, if you wish.
And the MTSOs wonder why they are so despised and degraded on these boards, when they pull crap like this?
