Pardon me but I didn't tell people to leave. I suggested they leave if they are not happy. Honestly if you're not happy with where you work why stay? Why put up with that stress? You certainly have the freedom of speech and so do I. So stay where you are not happy and speak up about what you perceive as the QA attitude for all the good that will do you. Maybe it's time Precision start docking pay for errors and then people will leave. Don't like that statement? It's happening at a lot of companies so why trash a company that does not do it?
