I worked at Precision a few years ago, while looking for employment. At that time, it was on Chartnet I believe and a mixture of ST and VR, as it is now. We were all expected to take the work as dictated, whether it be ST or VR. However, I soon discovered that "A" had her "pets;" the ones who skipped over VR and only did ST work. When I confronted "A" about this, I was told my contract was being terminated. The same holds true for her QA. It is still the same inconsistent mess it is now. I have 40 years of experience, and when I challenged something on the QA side (despite having done QA myself), I was told that I was wrong and THEY were right!
