Same. They need to train their QA to look for errors - sm

and to train new MTs per specs. They don't even know specs themselves.

They change insignificant things that don't matter. They shouldn't be changing things unless the changes are in regard to spec-specific items.

For example, the specs stated for subheadings to be flush to the left under the heading. The QA person changed it to bump 1 or 2 spaces to the right, I guess so it would look better. It was something that should not have been changed because the specs did not state this.

QA is not supposed to change according to THEIR preference.

Also, they changed items that went against the specs, and later said they needed to confirm things with the client, although the specs were very clear.

Yeah, bad QA.
