but not everyone has a second income to reduce the financial strain caused by late checks. The frustration, anger and anxiety of hardworking MTs who have to beg for their money month in and month out is understandable.

It's also not unreasonable to expect to be paid as agreed, and it's the law for employees. Inability to do so doesn't speak well for the financial health or integrity of any business.

I hope that your loyalty isn't taken for granted.
