If your employer is not paying you, then you need to contact the DOL and file for unemployment. Why wait around on a company whose ship is obviously sinking??? At least unemployment would be a reliable source of income and would allow you enough time to find a new job. I really don't understand why anyone stays here. They clearly have some very serious financial issues and have a very significant and prolonged history of payroll problems. If you have bills to pay and rely on your income from this company to do so, why stay? The only logical option to me would be to file for unemployment and report this to the DOL. KS is going to have to answer to both.....
