It's not our job to stop people from getting their feelings hurt by taking other people's opinions down. It's not our job to shield people on this board from having their opinions criticized. We are not here to make sure people are perfectly polite. We are not here to shield transcription companies from the opinions of unhappy employees or ex-employees or anybody else who wants to share their thoughts.
On this side of the site, we take down only four types of posts:
(1) Genuinely curse-filled, foul-mouthed diatribes directed at another person on this board.
(2) Political posts outside of the politics board.
(3) Accusing people of criminal activity (without proof). Talking about engaging in or threatening to engage in criminal activity. Encouraging criminal activity.
(4) Help wanted advertisements that do not meet our standards.
Hopefully this can be your guide going forward.
Yes, you may feel some people could be more compassionate about what Keystrokes transcriptionists are going through, but those people's opinions that transcriptionists who work for Keystrokes should quit, or do whatever else they suggest, is not "bullying" or "harassment" or whatever other thing it has been called. It is part of the conversation.
