Brava! Well said. I think that is a defeatist attitude - to advise others to roll over

and accept the changes that are obviously harming us. All of the MTs who are retiring early, hanging on until 62, finding other work outside the home, or other at-home jobs, they obviously can't afford the constant reductions in pay that have been occurring over the last 10 years, and who can blame them? I have read posts about health problems, people can't pay bills, and all the others who have home obligations who can't jump into the car and drive 100 miles to find a big city job. All of these rotten changes have ruined so many lives. It is NOT acceptable.

MTs are a loyal group of people who love their job and we are not trailblazers but a fantastic support system which once flourished financially and now we are reduced to jeopardizing our health (for those of us 55 and older and having worked 25+ years) just to keep providing that support that we were so proud of.

We have every right to complain and complain loudly!
