None of that is okay, none of what they haven't paid us for in the past is okay since they cut our pay when VR became a new thing. They cut our pay and said we would make the same money because we would be faster. None of this happened and yet they didn't apologize for being wrong and reinstituting fair pay, and now they want to cut out spaces and you think this is okay? It is not okay. It is robbery and anyone who accepts this practice as okay because "that's just the way it is" becomes part of this culture that undermines and belittles us into thinking this is all we deserve. It is NOT okay to continue to find ways to cut our pay.

You don't respect your fellow MT's who complain about this, but you obviously have no respect for yourself so I have no respect for you.

You have become a part of the problem.
