I currently work for VMTS, have since last year, their platform isn’t the greatest but they pay better than any company I’ve been with for the last five years. There is nothing different than being an IC with any other company. Never have been paid late, I’m able to get a hold of anybody whenever I need to. Pretty much a cake job as they don’t bother you at all, pay on time, pay you more than most companies, just platform is a little harder then edit script which is what I’m used to.
