Company Board

I tried that tactic too. - FormerKSMT

I emailed back and forth with the guy from DOL quite a few times and I straight up asked him what anyone could do. He said anyone who’s paid late should file a claim but if they’ve already gotten their check by the time they get to the claim, it’ll be dismissed. It took them a little over 10 days to get back to me and by then I had gotten paid.

I guess just file a claim any time you have a late check. They have to keep track of claims filed at least, you’d think. Then maybe when they get up to a certain number they’ll look into it? It’s a joke.

I told him to do a little research if he has the time to see just how common this is. I doubt he will but I had to say something at least. I wanted to know what I could do as a former employee and he basically said there wasn’t anything.
