That is exactly what's going to happen. They just paid their MTs over a week late. That is the latest they have ever been with payroll. Next time, it will be 2 weeks, then a month, and then they just won't pay at all. I can't believe how many of their MTs are totally okay with this just because "we always get paid eventually." My goodness, where is the self-worth of these people? Employees with this mindset are the reason why they continue to pull this crap and get away with it. Too many people are afraid to speak up and stand up for themselves as well as report them to the DOL. What Keystrokes is doing is 100% ILLEGAL. There should be absolutely zero tolerance for this sort of thing.
