There are some young hard workers, but it's a dying art.

As long as I'm here, it is NOT hard for an over-50 years of age person to get a job. I had several offers when I left MT completely, and from what my interviewers told me, the younger ones are expecting the world in terms of a high wage, lots of benefits and all that.

I was 58 years old when I left MT and got a non-MT job straight away.
