she will hire you to use you to catch up backlog and fire you without reason telling you that your work is terrible. Having said that, I have been a medical transcriptionist for 20 years and never had a problem working for any of the companies I have worked for in the past. When I first started out, of course, there was constructive criticism on where I was making mistakes and how I could improve. This was a great learning tool for me. Over the years as I gained experienced, I received pay increases for being an exemplary and top-notch employee/independent contractor. I have never been fired from a job. Her way of hiring transcriptionists and suddenly "firing" them is very sketchy and unprofessional at the very least.
