In the first post you said you were not given a reason, but were told your work was "terrible," and you received feedback on mistakes you were making. That sounds like it may have had something to do with the quality of work.
I have decades of experience as well, but if I were given certain work types or accounts I might have a problem too. I guess everything is not for everyone.
