but you are getting paid and not weeks late, right? I worked for a woman for a year who paid me 55 to 60 days late, she ended up stiffing me for a couple of thousand dollars. I kept thinking she would come to appreciate the work I do or fire me if she didn't like the work. She's been in biz since 1995 and this is her M.O. She doesn't pay her MTs.
Employees rate on glassdoor. They were on Indeed and the glassdoor was a link of the job listing page. I was going to apply at this one company in Texas and I saw where they pay monthly and not on time. So, no thanks. I don't need that. I need paid on time.
