While they're held to a higher standard in the life or death situations they deal with on the job, they're expected to know what they're doing, and it's very hard to actually find them at fault even when something really bad does happen. Here with us, they act like we don't know what we're doing and have to be kept in line.. Well, MTs don't just fall off some turnip truck and start editing medical reports at near 100% accuracy day in and day out. They should first score the voice dictating on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst, before they audit an MT's work and then adjust the error points taken off by that. Sounds fair to me...
