They don't have to look us in the eye and tell us to our faces the petty comments they send us in an e-mail for what they want to call "feedback." Constructive critique has gone the way of 12 cpl, reasonable dictators, and job security instead of NJA and being employed for a company instead of ICs working as if we are employees with no benefits, no PTO, no job security, and lastly, no respect.
