You might get lucky and get something close by in your area.
These may or may not work for everyone's needs as far as RAM, speed, etc, etc, but it's certainly worth having one as backup. Both my jobs are word-based, none of this VDI or specialty platform crap, and I'm doing just fine. I'd be screwed if this one died. I'm trying to save and hoard money to get a better one, but that takes a lot of time.
