I purchased a refurbished one from a place in town here where people give computers, etc, since they can't go in landfills. The place here is called Next Step. I would imagine most cities have a place like that. It's Windows 10, has the full microsoft suite and it came with a keyboard, a 20" monitor and mouse. I paid $170 for it (I got a 30% discount since I'm over 55). Seems to work fine, no problems at all. I've seen refurbished ones on Amazon, too, for a good price. It's definitely something to look into.
