I worked for Keystrokes from 2005-2014 and it was happening back then as well. This has been an ongoing issue with them for many, many years. The first time I was ever paid late by them was in 2006 and it happened many other times over the following 8 years that I worked there. However, it is much worse now than it was when I worked there. You couldn't pay me to go back.
