Company you are happy with - How can you be happy

They have slashed the pay, made everyone ICs, threatening us with this VDI garbage, lack of work, no benefits whatsoever, no incentive, no differential, you are just at their beck and call.

You want happy? Look elsewhere for a job! Not one good company out there, no matter what, unless you like working for 4 cpl! How pathetic is that?
