Many years ago I was the manager of a transcription department at a local hospital. I had an employee who was attending school and worked less and less each payperiod because she was concentrating on school, not work. The day of course came where her paycheck could not cover her deductions. They gave her a choice of being fired or paying the hospital for the cost of her deductions. I am guessing they may give you a chance to pay them for the cost of your deductables.
